Next - Click the Yes or Run button shown by the examples below. (Same goes for Firefox, Chrome or other browsers.)
Notice the phrase 'Verified Publisher' (or simply 'Publisher' if you run Windows XP) The cautionary language has also been deleted from digitally signed files starting with Windows Vista.

TIP - If you obtain a file from the Internet or anywhere else that is not digitally signed, you will not see the phrase 'Verified Publisher' or with Windows XP it will say 'unknown publisher' and you are taking a risk that the file could be unsafe.
