Database Recovery/Transfer
Free self-service tech support is available using our FAQ page above and using the included electronic User Guide with the program. Instructions are posted there on how to recover or transfer your database.
If you use an online backup service like Mozy.com, you may be able to restore the file from there without requiring our assistance.
If you need additional technical assistance with recovering your FleetVIP database after a hard drive crash or when transferring the database to another computer, please submit your request and payment via PayPal using a credit card or PayPal account.
You will need a high-speed Internet connection and access to your vip.bak backup file and will need to provide us with your phone number and be able to access your computer and follow our directions over the phone given in English. If you do not know if you have access to that file and want us to help you look for it, the technical support request can include that effort.
We will spend up to 60 minutes working with you between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. If we cannot successfully transfer or restore your database, we will issue a refund for 50% of the fee via PayPal. We may or may not be successful and cannot guarantee results. If you have the vip.bak file and it is not corrupted, it is very likely the recovery can be completed successfully..
The current fee is $120.00 and up to 50% of the fee is refundable if we are not successful. Once you click the Pay Now button, you may review the order before confirming. Once we receive payment, we will contact you using the email address you give PayPal. You may also follow-up and email us with your phone number or include it under Special Instructions with PayPal.

Activation Code Re-Issue: $30.00
This fee is non-refundable. Please review our activation code re-issue policy on the Policies page.

Once we receive your request via PayPal, we will attempt to locate your activation code using the email address you give PayPal for the re-issue request or using an alternate email address if you provide one. Please note that even if you provide the name of a person or organization, the activation code may not be registered that way and we may not be able to find it.
